If you are sick and not feeling well, please stay home.

Please be respectful to the Esthetician by staying home if you feel ill. This will protect her, her family and other guest's from potentially spreading germs.

Cell Phone Use

​

 Please respect the peacefulness of the reception area. Remember to put your cell phones on " silent" before entering the spa.

Arrival Time

​

 It is courteous to arrive 10 minutes before your treatment. The front door will be locked while treatments are going on.  If you should arrive early please call or text me, I will be happy to let you in. 
 

Late Arrival

​

 When you book an appointment with me your appointment becomes allocated exclusively to you. If you are late for your appointment you can choose from these two options:
1. You may receive a shortened treatment. 

​2. You may reschedule your appointment for a more convenient time. However, you will be responsible for the full amount of your treatment as a cancellation fee.

​

 



Cancellations

​

 I request all guests to give 24hr notification of cancellation.
 

Payment


Payment is due at the end of the treatment. Cash, or credit card is required for payment.
 

Gift Certificate

​

 Available in any denomination, gift certificates are a great gift for all occasions.
